Greenland

All packages are shipped from Denmark with PostNord.

Please note: It may take up to 5 business days before you receive your tracking number. The time from when the order is placed until the package is dispatched is already included in the total delivery time.

Important: Orders containing flammable goods such as perfume or nail polish are shipped exclusively by sea in accordance with applicable transport regulations.

Air freight delivery:

  • Delivery time: 4–12 business days from the order is dispatched, depending on the destination in Greenland.

  • Fastest delivery is to Nuuk.

  • For orders of Rhode, an additional delivery time of up to 2 weeks applies.

Sea freight delivery:

  • Delivery time: 3–5 weeks from the order is dispatched, depending on the destination in Greenland.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or internal logistics in Greenland. Delivery times are therefore indicative.

If your order has not been received within the specified delivery time, you are always welcome to contact us. As compensation, you will receive a voucher of DKK 100 for your next order.

Faroe Islands

All packages are shipped from Denmark with PostNord.

Sea freight delivery:

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days from the order is dispatched, depending on the destination in the Faroe Islands.

  • For orders of Rhode, an additional delivery time of up to 2 weeks applies.

Customs and duties

For deliveries to the Faroe Islands, customs duties and taxes may be charged and are payable by the recipient.

  • Faroese VAT (mervirðisgjald): 25% VAT is charged on the value of the goods and shipping costs upon import.

  • Customs duty: Beauty products such as perfume, skincare, and makeup may be subject to customs duty. The customs rate typically varies between 0% and 25% depending on the type of goods.

  • Import fee: The carrier (e.g., Posta) may charge a small handling fee for the customs clearance of your package.

If your order has not been received within the specified delivery time, you are always welcome to contact us. As compensation, you will receive a voucher of DKK 100 for your next order.
