You have a 3 business day right of withdrawal from the time the order is placed. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing before the deadline expires. Your order will then be cancelled, and any payment will be refunded according to the applicable terms.

If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Refund of the purchase amount excludes delivery costs and will only be processed once we have received and approved the returned item.
